I take several steps in creating a marketing strategy.
First, I need to know who you are and if you have what it takes to succeed. I need to better understand your goals. What are you trying to achieve? How’s it going with your current strategy? What’s the last few years been like? What have you tried? Where have you failed? Once I examine your current model, I’ll know exactly what to tell you.
Second, I want to understand your market. Often, I’ll do a SWAT of your organization.
Third, we strategize the next 12-24 months. What does that look like? How do you plan and budget for this time period? I really love getting into these conversations.
Last, I give you a plan and work with you to execute that plan.
